How much does house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give a free quote based on the size of the home, its condition and the type of cleaning. Text us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kind of clean you want, and we reply with a price. We always confirm the price with you before we start.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular house cleaning is upkeep: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors. A deep clean adds the detail work that builds up over time, such as baseboards, cabinet fronts, grout, ceiling fans, vents, blinds and window tracks. Most first visits are deep cleans.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes. We clean offices, clinics, salons, shops and other small businesses: trash, desks and common surfaces, restrooms, break rooms and floors, before you open or after you close.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. After a new build or remodel we remove the fine construction dust, stickers and paint or caulk spots, clean windows and tracks, fixtures and cabinets, and finish the floors. The contractor removes large debris first.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, se habla español. Gladis Barraza, the owner, speaks Spanish, so Spanish-speaking families can book, ask questions and give instructions in their own language.
